I'm not a professional artist,but there's some tips I think I could give you after my first look. Actually It's painted pretty well. The only few things I'm not sure about (and that could easily be fixed ) are light/shadows and lineart. From the background it seems that the light comes from left top and it's bright,alboust yellow. By knowing this you should paint the shadows of the girl and the bird (also the shadow of the hair casted on her face should be a bit more,try to use diffrent tones for the skin,not only those two). Also the bright parts of Valeria's wearing should be yellowish (maybe but some yellow light on her chick and in the eyes). Last thing: the dress. Her red dress shouldn't have the lineart if you choose to do the rest without it. Keep pacticing. You're on the right way!
